Policies & Procedures

At The Renewal Spa at Namaste, there is a commitment to providing a unique and outstanding therapeutic massage and spa experience. Out of consideration for both the therapist and all clients’ time and well being, the following policies and procedures have been adopted.

 

ARRIVAL TO THE RENEWAL SPA AT NAMASTE:

 

At this time, during the CoVid-19 Pandemic, we are observing all State Guidelines and are stringently adhering to all precautions regarding the health and safety of our team and our clients. ALL OF US AT NAMASTE are so glad to be back serving you again after this challenging year, and we look forward to continuing to be your go-to place for all your salon and spa needs.

 

When you first arrive at the Namaste doors, you will be asked to sign a CoVid-19 Agreement and Liability Release document. A new form will need to be filled out with each visit to Namaste. We will take your temperature and confirm that you do not have a fever. You will be asked to wash your hands before your service, and there is hand sanitizer provided throughout the salon and spa for your convenience. Please wear your mask the whole time you are in the salon and social distance. We have limited the number of guests and employees in the salon in order to allow for this.

 

Please arrive for your massage/spa appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unrushed experience and to give time for any paperwork or updates. See the tab about location to learn more about Parking in Old Town Fort Collins.

 

If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds can be given,

In special cases, when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate partial or full appointment, and will do so at our discretion, and with proper notice of your late arrival. The original service fee will be charged.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

We request that you give 24 hours notice to cancel or modify your spa appointment. If you need to cancel a Tuesday appointment, please do so by Saturday if you wish to call, as we are closed Sunday and Monday. If you would like to do so online, you may do so, but the 24 hour policy still applies, even if the online system allows you to cancel it. Your credit card on file will still be charged 50% of the cost of that service (or you will lose your online booking deposit) if any cancellations or modifications are made within the 24 hour time period before your scheduled appointment time.

 

Clients who fail to show for an appointment will be charged the FULL amount due for services. (Cancelling or modification with less than 4 hours notice will also be charged IN FULL). Thank you for your understanding; this is so that your spa therapist may be compensated for the reserved time slot.

ONLINE BOOKING & CARDS ON FILE

The Renewal Spa, while located at Namaste Salon, has its own booking and payment system. The Namaste online booking does not have Courtney's services linked. If you wish to book appointments and shop online, among other features available, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE POCKET SALON APP. In order to book spa appointments, you will be required to create an account and save a form of payment.

 

ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED ONLINE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT, which will be saved to your client file as credit to be used. If you need a refund for a deposit collected on an appointment which is then cancelled with enough advance notice, please reach out to us. The deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation within the late window. 

 

If you book through the salon, you will be asked to save a card on file. This is for your convenience in providing a no-contact checkout experience and also authorizes us to enforce the late cancellation/no show policy. Thank you.
